Here at Innov8itservice we are dedicated to bring you a premium accounting and bookkeeping service. However we realize that some situations may necessitate a cancellation or amendment to your order. Check our cancellation policy for the following information.

  1. Service Cancellation by Clients
  • CANCELLATION Clients may cancel their Service at any time, but must do so in writing to [Insert Email] email address.
  • The guest may cancel and receive a full refund if the cancellation takes place 48 hours or more prior to the stay, only when work has not yet started.
  • In the event of cancelation after work has commenced, a partial refund may be offered for service rendered.

  1. Cancellation by Innov8itservice

Innov8itservice retains the right to discontinue services in the following scenarios:

  • Lack of payment or default on agreed-upon terms.
  • We reserve the right to suspend and/or cancel anyone who violates our Terms of Service or abuses its use.
  • Failure to receive unknown necessary client information despite numerous requests.
  • A disaster out of our control preventing us from providing the service.

In the event of such a termination, client shall receive reimbursement for the work which has been performed up to time of cancellation.

  1. Subscription Services Cancellation

For ongoing or recurring services:

  • Cancellation Clients must cancel [X] days before the next billing date.
  • Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing period, and your service will remain active until that date.
